Ski bus stop and parking places directly by the house. The house is in a magnificent panoramic position with far-reaching views of the "Wilder Kaiser" hiking region. The house offers many additional facilities, to be enjoyed by our guests. Indoor swimming pool (10x4 m) with sliding doors, providing access to the terrace and garden area. Sauna, fitness equipment, dart, table tennis, cable TV, internet connection and solarium. A large lounge area around the fireplace with TV and seating/dining area for up to 24 people. On request the entire villa can be rented with swimming pool, Sauna, lounge area and with all apartments to suit 22 people.
